Location
We are centrally located at 2645 SE Fourth Street in Minneapolis, near 280 and University Avenue.
From Hwy 94 (East or West) or from North of the Twin Cities:
- Take 94 to the 280 exit. Stay to the right to get on to University Avenue. (OR from the north, take 35W South or 36 West to the 280 exit. Take 280 to the University Avenue exit.)
- Go West (towards Minneapolis) on University Avenue until 27th Ave SE, which is a four way stoplight.
- Turn right (north) on 27th Ave SE. Drive one block and you will be directly facing the center.
- Enter the doorway and the center is straight ahead at the top of the steps.
From Downtown Minneapolis:
- Cross the river and get on University Avenue.
- Go East (towards St. Paul) on University Avenue until 27th Ave SE, which is a four way stoplight.
- Turn left (north) on 27th Ave SE. Drive one block and you will be directly facing the center.
- Enter the doorway and the center is straight ahead at the top of the steps.
The entrance to CFH is the door directly facing 27th Ave, marked 2645 Fourth Street SE.
