Ericka

Ericka is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She holds a BA from the University of Illinois and has worked in marketing and communications for over 10 years. "I started practicing Sivananda Yoga in 2000 and was immediately taken by yoga's healing power. Several years later, I accompanied a friend with terminal brain cancer to a series of Hatha Yoga classes at Gilda's Club Chicago and began to understand yoga's impact on a much grander scale. Yoga has the capacity to offer unconditional grace, compassion, and love to the mind, body and spirit. In 2005, I had the privilege of taking my first Kundalini Yoga class and was awed by its precision and dynamism. I am so excited to share the healing power of this sacred science with individuals living with cancer in the Twin Cities."
